You all did a great job with Sales during Christmas! Sometimes campaigns are so easy to sell. We had many teammates win the Sales Challenge! Give yourselves a big pat on the back. A big congratulations to those who made it to level 3 Michelle Kampwerth, Angie Cole, Lisa Torres, Jessica Guerrero, and Kristina Palmer! For those who Level 2 and 1, keep it going. Consistency is always tough. It is something that I struggle with all the time.

Number 1 in Sales for campaign 26 is Michelle Kampwerth with $198 in sales! Way to go!
Our team sales for Campaign 26 is $2766 and YTD is $67,051. As a team, we are up 139% from last year’s sales. Covid had kept me homebound for awhile.
If you haven’t started a team, this is another opportunity you may want to look into.

The key to selling is to share Avon with everyone you meet. Will Avon be for everyone? No, it will not. Do not take it personally. If you are not handing out brochures be sure to share those links with everyone and on all your social media posts.
You all should be very proud of each other. Some Campaigns are better than others. We are all a part of this and support each other. If there is something that you are unsure of, please ask. We are all here to support one another.
