The Sales Challenge
During Campaign 18, I decided to create a Sales Challenge. The Sales Challenge is selling Avon, I think we needed something to kick off 4 quarter. The Sales Challenge was to sell $225 for each of the campaigns, which is Campaigns 18, 19, and 20. I am so proud that two of our teammates achieved this. A big Congratulations, to Lisa Torres and Michelle Kampwerth. This was above and beyond since the challenge was announced 5 days before the campaign ended. Awesome selling to you both!

A small group with only 20 participants selling $15 worth of products to just 10 Customers each gives you a $3,000 order—entitling you to 50% earnings in that campaign. You decide what percentage of the $1,500 will go to the Fundraising organization. The rest is your profit!

Run your fundraiser the way that works best for you and the organization: online or printed flyers. Either way, you get the total Award Sales and decide the percentage of sales that will go to the organization from your earnings.
Offer the full assortment of Avon Direct Delivery products through a customized link to your online store. Decide how much to share with the organization based on your earnings level. You can do this over a book or two, not sure that I would do more. This is my favorite way to hold a fundraiser.
All sales from our approved fundraising flyers now earn the same variable commission as online fundraisers, based on your President’s Recognition Program level and order size. Participants from the partner organization sell from printed flyers, you place the order on AvonNow.com. You can get printed flyers which change quarterly on Town & Country’s website.

The organization’s proceeds are a portion of your fundraiser earnings that you determine. Check your PRP level on your homepage, then the Earnings Chart. Do remember that if you typically earn 30%, DO NOT OFFER them 35% in a hope that you will earn more. Consider what your sales have been and what the possible sales will be. Any questions on this, I will be happy to talk to you personally.
Be clear with the organization on what constitutes Beauty & Jewelry (Makeup, Skin Care, Bath & Body, Fragrance, Health & Wellness, Jewelry) and Fashion & Home, and what percentage of your earnings they’ll receive on each.
TIMING & PARTICIPATION
Discuss the timeframe, the basics of the online fundraising opportunity, and how they will promote the organization’s exclusive online link. Fundraisers can be up to 60 days, but you can extend by another two weeks if their goal hasn’t been met. Consider keeping it to a single campaign to maximize order size and earnings.
Avon fundraisers do not have an automatic prize program — you offer great products at great prices. If an organization feels a prize program is necessary, you have two options: Avon Prizes or Local Donations
With an online fundraiser, there are no costs to the Representative or the organization. Customers will pay sales tax and any Avon.com shipping fees.

Some Frequent Q&As
CAN I RUN A FUNDRAISER BOTH ONLINE AND WITH PRINTED FLYERS?
You can offer a printed-flyer fundraiser and an online fundraiser in the same campaign to benefit an organization, but you must register them separately. Keep in mind these are distinct types of fundraisers, so earnings, product assortment and delivery methods will vary. You will have to calculate earnings from Avon.com and AvonNow.com separately to pay the organization its proceeds. Reporting is offered only for online fundraisers.
CAN I RUN A FUNDRAISER USING THE FULL BROCHURE?
Conducting a fundraiser using the printed borchure is not recommended as we cannot guaranteed product availability. For organizations interested in offering our full product assortment, please suggest an online fundraiser, where they’ll have access to all Direct Delivery products and real-time product availability.
HOW LONG CAN A FUNDRAISER LAST?
An online fundraiser can be set up for 60 days. If the organization is working hard but needs more time to hit their goal, you can extend their fundraiser for an additional 2 weeks. Be sure to extend the fundraiser before the original end date, on the Edit Fundraiser page. If you’re registering a printed flyer fundraiser, you must register the fundraiser for the campaign in which you’re placing the order.
