Team Sales Avon Campaign 19, 2020

Well, it is so exciting to see that sales were awesome! Did you see anything about Avon Visionaries? Where do i begin? I have to say that this Campaign was good. Best news is that we had 3 teammates win the Sales Challenge! I love this! A big Congratulations to them, Michelle Kampwerth, Lisa Torres, and Kristina Palmer! You girls have done an amazing job.

One more of our teammates is moving right along with her own team. That is always exciting and things are happening there, too. A big congratulations to Anna Pellegrini, for adding her 3rd person. Feel free to invite her to our Team Page on Facebook!

Sales

Our team sales for Campaign 19 are $ 51,377. As a team, we are up 64% from last year’s sales. Quite an achievement in that too. If you haven’t started a team, this is another option, too.

Defiantly can see some of you will be hitting the Premier Level which will give you an increase in commissions. For every $200 in Sales New Reps will get a $20 bonus. Pathway to Premier is for your first 8 campaigns only.

Campaign 18 Sales

Wow! What can I say you all are amazing! There are so many people that are in different stages with Avon. Please feel free to reach out and ask anyone of us if you have any questions. I know that Avon can be very overwhelming at times. There is lots to take in and two weeks goes by faster than you think.

The Sales Challenge

During Campaign 18, I decided to create a Sales Challenge. The Sales Challenge is selling Avon, I think we needed something to kick off 4 quarter. The Sales Challenge was to sell $225 for each of the campaigns, which is Campaigns 18, 19, and 20. I am so proud that two of our teammates achieved this. A big Congratulations, to Lisa Torres and Michelle Kampwerth. This was above and beyond since the challenge was announced 5 days before the campaign ended. Awesome selling to you both!

Sales

Campaign 17 Sales

Campaign 17 seemed to start off a bit slow. I was happy to see it picked up in the end. What are your thoughts on this?

During the summer it is so hard to figure out customers. Distractions are abundant while the kids are out of school. It is more important than ever to follow up with your customers. This is a weak spot for me, trust me on this. I am getting better with it. I forget things all the time, I need to keep notes and alerts on my phone.

WE are all still battling COVID and businesses opening and closing. If you are not able to get out, keep posting on all of your social media accounts. Avon has a great program that you will help you called Avon Social. Take advantage of this if you are not using it.

You all should be reaching out to past customers, take advantage of My Dashboard. You can find this on Avonnow.com> go to Manage Business> then My Dashboard is there. This will tell you more about whom to follow up.

Team Sales Campaign 8, 2019

Congratulations to all of our wonderful team members! You are all doing an outstanding job. I hope that your Avon businesses are doing well. If you need to go over ideas to increase sales or just to talk know that I am here for you. Have any of you set up your fundraisers? You want to practice through them so you will be ready for the holidays! Yes, they are easy to do, but trust me you want smooth sailing when it is a busy time at the holidays. I know you all think I am crazy but Christmas in only 7.5 months away. Months are zooming by!

In the last Campaign, we had a teammate doing a Fundraiser and she bumped me off the #1 spot! A fundraiser makes a difference in money and customers. I knew that time would come when someone would beat my Avon sales. Congratulations, Leslie! Who will be next? This is what a fundraiser can do for you!

Our Team Sales for this campaign are $1257 for this campaign. Since Campaign 1, the total is $8995. I am so excited to see what this year will bring to us all.

Team Sales Campaign 5, 2019

Sorry that I have not sent this out sooner!

After all that is happening in the Avon world, I am happy to say Sales are still in the upswing. Sales through holidays can be tricky trying to decide what will sell, well honestly there are no answers. You never know what the Avon customer will be looking for next.

I want to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart for all that you do for this team. Whether you are out selling, helping someone else out, or just lending an ear for someone to vent too. Believe me, you are helping us all out. Thank You!

Congratulations to all of you that put Orders in for Campaign 5. Give yourself a round of applause. You deserve every bit of it! WOOHOO! I am proud of you all. No order is ever too small. You are out there making yourselves known. Customers are loyal to their Avon Favorites. With that said POST, POST, AND POST more for those incentives and money.

The quote below is one of my favorites, it is what Avon is all about! Selling Avon is not difficult, it is something that you have to be consistent with. The number one thing I hear from my customers is “Will you be here in a month?” Share your links, if you do not know how just ask. Deliver your books, you bought now use them.

Sales with Team 4 are posted below. Congratulations and Thank you all for the hard work you put into your Avon Business. Some campaigns things flow so easy. Be on the lookout for new prospects for either customers or people who would like to sign up. Are you leaving brochures or doing more social media posts. The algorithms show most people do not see all your posts. Post often and on different sites.

I know that there have been out of stocks with this brochure too. Holiday items still seem to be a problem. It is quite frustrating for sure. I will be happy when the first quarter is over. I try not to dwell on the issues but I do want to know how you all feel about this. You can comment below or message me.

Avon will soon be promoting to Go Digital sign up. For you as a representative really nothing will change. You as well as new sign-ups can order brochures and be digital on social media. The big difference will be that there is no kit. $25 will be the only sign-up fee at this writing I will let you know more when we get more information on this. Until they go live they can purchase a kit.
